* Shot 1 – Extreme Wide Shot - an establishing shot. – A wide shot of the alleyway. We want this shot to show the characters are ‘trapped’ in this environment. – we’ll rely on street lighting to set the scene.
* Shot 2 – Very Wide Shot – This gives us a sense of the environment, shows the gritty city scene. – Closer to the alleyway/street.
* Shot 3 – Mid shot – This shows our characters but doesn’t give us a full view of the boys and what they’re up to.
* Shot 4 – Close up – Hands showing pushes and shoves from the boys. (In a friendly manner)
* Shot 5 – Cut in - one/two of the boys mouths within the shot, shows them smiling. (Handheld/unsteady shot.)

* Shot 7 – Over the shoulder shot – Camera walks with the boys, this makes it up close and personal, as though the audience is in with the boys. This is a lengthy shot of them walking to almost create a false sense of security/a calm atmosphere.
* Shot 8 – Medium shot (facing the boys) – The boys stop in their tracks, Boy A discreetly points to something.

We see all the boys run back down the stairs and into the front room.
